5 Stars Kershaw leek composite blade review
I bought the Kershaw composite blade Leek because i wanted a well built, dependable knife that would keep an edge for a long time, and with a simple, no thrill, no chills, assisted opening system. the Leek fits this description perfectly. The blade stays sharp for a very long time, and it only takes a few swipes with the sharpener to get it back up to snuff. the opening is truly fantastic, and it just gets better as you play with it and it gets broken in. the profile of the knife fits great in a pocket without getting in the way, and the reversible clip is nice depending on how you prefer to carry it. the thumb stud opening is difficult to use at first, when the knife is still new, but once it gets broken in it is a very nice feature. the thumb tang opener (or whatever they call it) is excellent as well. The “snap” from the opening is solid and sounds great to any knife lovers ears. Overall, a great little knife that i would (and have) recommended to many people
5 Stars Best Pocket Knives
I’ve been buying Ken Onion Leek knives for years now and this one is no disappointment. They are excellent knives and you can’t beat the spring assisted opening. They come super super sharp and hold an edge for quite some time. You won’t be disappointed.
5 Stars Excellent Knife
I bought one of these a few months ago. I use it every day and I love it. It’s beautiful, well designed, easy to use and stays sharp for a really long time. I also appreciate that the steel and the knife are made in the U.S. It’s a great knife for a very good price, even if you pay MSRP.
5 Stars great knife
Sharp as a razor when sharpened with the sharpmaker (spyderco). I wanted to reverse the clip but I could not get the tiny screws loose. I have learned to live with it. Still a good piece of steel at an affordable price.
